This idea from the show in my opinion was truly a stroke of genius. For me it opens up so many unexplored questions about the Royal Mail operating in space. there's simply loads of potential to make up some great fan-films based around this theme.
Sadly you only saw a glimpse of the post pod in Red Dwarf, not enough for me to make an accurate replica from, so I've decided to design my own version based on the Type-K pillar box produced in the UK around the 1960's I believe...
